Real transaction recording — early access

Members can record real trades, invite another signed-in account, confirm completion independently, leave private ratings and save receipts. Both accounts must be at least 24 hours old. Normal completion requires no manual evidence review. Completion records the participants’ statements, not independent verification of identity, payment, delivery or authenticity. Public scores and reputation are not enabled for these records.

Transaction details, values, participant account references, confirmations, timestamps, optional notes and private ratings are stored for the participants. Authorized reviewers can access exceptions; private confirmation codes are not shared with reviewers. Do not enter addresses, contact details, identity documents or financial credentials. Normal trades need no evidence uploads. Contact support for access or privacy requests. Early access is free and uses no Transaction Credits; the full-launch 30-day offer has not started.

Early registration: Email sign-in, username reservation and your own profile are available for free. Signed-in members with a saved profile can look up an exact Voucher handle. This lookup returns only the handle, not the display name, interests, email, account identifier or private records. Public profile browsing is not open. Phone verification, public reputation and payments remain paused. Real transaction recording is open. Full records stay private; summaries are public only when both participants approve sharing. Email confirmation alone does not prove your identity. The legacy full-reputation workflow described below is not enabled for early-access records.

Legal acceptance records

After sign-in, we record your account identifier, the Terms and Privacy Policy versions and content hashes, the server timestamp, and your explicit acceptance action. Historical versions are preserved so the accepted wording can be identified. Updated versions require renewed acceptance before profile changes or transaction use. These records are private and are not included in profile lookup or reputation data. Contact support for access or deletion requests; retention and any legal obligations require review.

Information we collect

Invitation-only private testing

Private testing uses separate test records that never contribute to public ratings, Voucher Scores or verified totals. Invited participants can see each other’s handles, fictional transaction details, confirmation events and test notes. Authorized pilot reviewers can inspect exceptions and their test evidence. Private Confirmation Codes are restricted to the transaction participants and are never part of shareable links or reviewer responses.

The pilot stores the authenticated account identifier, original authentication account-creation date, a private hash of the verified email for duplicate-contact checks, request counters, test records and audit events. Email sign-in still requires our authentication provider to store account and session information; this is not an anonymous or zero-data service. Use an alias and fictional test details only. Do not submit real identity documents, addresses, payment information or evidence links. Files and evidence uploads are not accepted in this pilot. Contact support to request removal of test records; deletion and backup retention remain subject to the account and record-retention process below.

When you sign in, our authentication provider, Supabase, processes your email address, account identifier and login-session information. If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your basic profile information, such as your name, email address and profile image, with our authentication service. Voucher requests basic sign-in information, not access to your Gmail messages, contacts or Drive files.

You choose your collector display name, handle and collecting interests. We store these alongside the deal records you submit: the participants, card description, condition, amount, reported payment method, invitations, feedback, payment/completion confirmations, issue reports and timestamps.

Hosting and authentication providers process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs, to operate and protect the service. Browser storage keeps you signed in. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the network information needed to deliver those fonts.

How information is used and shared

We use information to sign you in, maintain collector profiles, record deals, calculate reputation statistics, deliver requested login emails, respond to support requests and investigate misuse.

At present, only your handle can be found through signed-in exact lookup. Broader public profiles, ratings and history described below are planned and remain disabled. Exact amounts and private evidence are not public. Detailed deal records and supporting proof links are available to the participants and authorized reviewers. Identity-verification records are restricted to authorized reviewers and the submitting account. Your feedback is visible to you immediately; your trading partner sees its content after both participants have submitted feedback. Issue reports are visible to both participants. Your login email is not included in the collector directory.

Supabase provides authentication; Sites and its hosting infrastructure provide the website and deal storage. Once email delivery is activated, Resend processes recipient addresses and login-message content to deliver sign-in emails. These providers process information to supply their services and may process it outside your country. Google sign-in is optional.

Voucher does not sell personal information or use Google account information for advertising. Access to Google data is limited to providing and securing the sign-in/account features described here. We may disclose information when necessary to comply with law or protect users and the service.

Payment information

Voucher records a payment method and transaction amount reported by collectors. It does not currently connect to PayPal or Venmo, collect payment passwords, transfer money or automatically verify payments. Do not place passwords, payment credentials, home addresses or other sensitive information in feedback or card descriptions.

Evidence and reputation review

We store supporting proof links, verification notes, numeric feedback, dispute responses, and recorded review decisions. Approved payment evidence can establish a verified amount. Stable identity-verification references are hashed and used to identify related accounts. Do not submit government ID images, credentials, or unredacted financial records. Internal fraud/risk logic and reviewer notes are restricted to authorized reviewers. Under-review transactions are excluded from reputation totals and scoring contributions. The Voucher Score is planned as a free reputation feature.

Retention and choices

We keep account and deal information while needed to operate your account and deal history. You may edit your collector profile in the app. Contact boats2016@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity. Shared deal records may require review to protect the other participant's interests, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations; we will explain any information that must be retained. Backups and service-provider logs may remain for their applicable retention periods.

You can sign out on your device and revoke Voucher's Google access through your Google Account. Revoking Google access does not itself delete Voucher records. No online service can guarantee complete security.

Children and changes

Voucher is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information. We will publish updates to this policy on this page and identify the effective date.

Delivery, appeals and membership billing

Private deal records can include carrier and tracking details, reviewed delivery evidence, receipt confirmations, appeals and reviewer decisions. When you choose to subscribe, Stripe processes membership billing; Voucher stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status and membership expiration. Voucher does not store your card number. Tracking and proof are not included in public profiles. Contact the address above for access or deletion requests.

Public trade summaries — optional sharing

Full trade records and written recommendations remain private. Both signed-in participants can separately approve a limited public summary of a completed trade. The approval screen shows the exact summary before you agree. A summary appears publicly only after both participants approve the same agreement version.

The public summary contains only the unique Voucher Transaction ID, participant handles, item title, completion date and participant-confirmation status. It does not include value, contact information, private action tokens, agreement obligations, written feedback, evidence or internal review information. Existing trade records are not automatically published.

Anyone, including people without a Voucher account, can view an approved summary. Either participant can withdraw approval to remove it from Voucher’s public history. Copies someone already made outside Voucher may remain beyond Voucher’s control. A dispute or review hold pauses public display. Public summaries describe participant statements; they do not independently verify identity, payment, delivery, authenticity or future conduct, and do not enable public ratings or Voucher Scores.

Optional card photos

You may upload a photo of the actual card with permission to use it. Upload only the card, without private contact, payment or identity information. Voucher resizes photos and removes embedded metadata. Photos are stored with the trade and visible to its participants; retained records may be reviewed for privacy or abuse requests.

A card photo appears with a public summary only after both participants explicitly approve that exact photo. Summary approval alone does not share a photo. Replacing a photo requires fresh photo-sharing approval; withdrawing summary approval hides the photo. Outside copies may remain. Photos and reference images do not verify condition, authenticity, ownership, delivery or payment. Reference images are labeled separately from photos of the actual traded card.

Optional card reference lookup

When connected, you can search the CardSight AI catalog by player, year, set or card number. Your search words and selected catalog card ID are sent to CardSight AI through Voucher. Do not include personal or financial information in searches. Your email, trading partner handle, trade value and actual uploaded card photos are not sent for this lookup.

You choose the matching card before attaching a reference image. Reference images and catalog identifiers are stored with the trade and shown to both participants, with provider attribution. A catalog match is not authentication of the card, proof of ownership, a grading result, price verification or completion evidence. Public display follows the separate exact-image consent described above. See CardSight AI Privacy for provider processing.

Private shipment records

Participants may add their own carrier, tracking number and whether extra insurance was purchased separately. Voucher stores these participant statements and their update history privately for transaction participants and authorized reviewers. Tracking links open the selected carrier’s website and send the tracking number to that carrier. Voucher does not fetch live carrier status, verify delivery or insurance coverage from these entries, sell or provide insurance, or automatically complete a trade based on tracking. Do not include addresses, policy documents or other private information.
