Trading made clearer.

Find your partner. Agree on the details. Confirm your side. Keep the record.

Your first trade

Step-by-step trade instructions
  1. Create an account with your email and password. Confirm your email, accept the current policies and save your unique Voucher username.
  2. From My profile, use Find your voucher to look up the buyer or seller’s exact @handle.
  3. Select Start a trade with this member. Choose whether you are buying, selling or trading, describe the item, and check the agreed price and marketplace. For an item-for-item trade, describe what each person provides.
  4. Send the invitation. Copy the transaction link for your partner, or ask them to check their Voucher trade alerts.
  5. Your partner signs in and selects Accept Agreement. Both accounts must be at least 24 hours old before starting or accepting.
  6. Arrange payment, shipping or the exchange outside Voucher. Confirm only after receiving the agreed item or payment and fulfilling your own obligation.
  7. After both people confirm, open Rate your buyer or Rate your seller, choose one of five recommendations, and add written details only if you want to. For item swaps, rate your trading partner.
  8. Your trade, receipt and recommendation stay saved to your account. View them from My trades & ratings on your dashboard.

Frequently asked questions

Are trades visible to the public?

A limited trade summary is visible to anyone after both participants approve sharing. It includes handles, item, completion date, status and the public trade ID. Full records, written feedback, private tokens, values and evidence remain private. Completed trades have a Public viewing section with a preview and separate approval for each person. Existing records are not automatically published. Either participant can withdraw approval to remove the summary from public viewing.

Do I need an email sign-in link every time?

No. New members create an email/password account and confirm their email once. Existing link-only members can sign in with a link once, then choose Set / change password on their dashboard. After that, use email and password. Forgot your password? Choose Reset password on the sign-in screen.

Where is my unique token?

Every saved trade has a unique Voucher Transaction ID, shown near the top of its details. Use that reference for support. Private action tokens are generated automatically for accepting, confirming, amending and cancelling; they are bound to your signed-in account and the current agreement. You do not need to type, copy or share them. A transaction link does not authorize actions or expose private records to outsiders.

Where can I rate the buyer or seller?

Open a saved trade and find the Rate your buyer/seller section. Ratings unlock after both participants confirm completion and no dispute or review hold is open. Submit once; feedback cannot be edited. The other person’s rating stays hidden until you both submit. Early-access ratings are private and do not count toward public verified reputation.

Will I get a new-trade alert?

Your dashboard and Transactions page check for incoming invitations automatically while open. Invitations remain saved until you respond. You can enable browser alerts from the dashboard if your browser supports them. These alerts require Voucher to remain open; closed-app push and email trade alerts are not enabled.

Why is my trade waiting?

New accounts wait 24 hours before starting or accepting a trade. After acceptance, each person confirms their own receipt and fulfillment. A dispute or review hold pauses confirmation and ratings. A timer alone never completes a trade for the other person.

Does Voucher handle payment or protect the purchase?

No. Voucher records the participants’ agreement, completion statements and feedback. It does not hold or transfer funds, provide escrow, insurance, guarantees, buyer or seller protection, or charge a percentage of the deal. Ratings do not guarantee safety, authenticity or future conduct.

How do I verify reviewer access with the QR code?

Open Verify reviewer access, scan the setup QR in an authenticator app, or enter its private setup key manually. The authenticator generates the six-digit code you enter in Voucher. Returning after an unfinished setup starts a fresh QR enrollment; use the current QR. An already verified authenticator needs only its current code. This is separate from your trade’s Transaction ID.

What Voucher records

Voucher does not hold or transfer funds, provide escrow, insurance, guarantees, buyer or seller protection, or charge percentage-of-deal fees. Scores, ratings and verification do not guarantee honesty, authenticity or a transaction outcome. Comps, if introduced, will be informational rather than guaranteed valuations.

Dispute decisions concern verification/reputation eligibility only; they are not public legal findings of fraud, theft or criminal conduct. Internal risk signals and reviewer notes are private. Contact support for an explanation or appeal of a verification/reputation decision.

Real transaction recording — early access

Members can record real trades, invite another signed-in account, confirm completion independently, leave private ratings and save receipts. Both accounts must be at least 24 hours old. Normal completion requires no manual evidence review. Completion records the participants’ statements, not independent verification of identity, payment, delivery or authenticity. Public scores and reputation are not enabled for these records.

Transaction details, values, participant account references, confirmations, timestamps, optional notes and private ratings are stored for the participants. Authorized reviewers can access exceptions; private confirmation codes are not shared with reviewers. Do not enter addresses, contact details, identity documents or financial credentials. Normal trades need no evidence uploads. Contact support for access or privacy requests. Early access is free and uses no Transaction Credits; the full-launch 30-day offer has not started.

Early registration: Email sign-in, username reservation and your own profile are available for free. Signed-in members can find a saved account by its exact Voucher handle. Public profile browsing is not enabled. Phone verification, public reputation and payments remain paused. Real private transaction recording is open. Email confirmation alone does not prove your identity. The legacy full-reputation workflow described below is not enabled for early-access records.

Voucher helps buyers and sellers build and check transaction reputations across categories. Questions, access problems, account closure requests, or suspected impersonation? Email boats2016@gmail.com with your public handle and the relevant deal ID. Never send passwords, sign-in links, payment credentials, or government ID images.

Planned reputation features & legacy review processes

These processes are not enabled for current early-access trade records.

How verified reputation works

Public ratings show 1–5 stars and the number of verified ratings. Only feedback tied to eligible, evidence-reviewed transactions counts. The separate 0–100 Voucher Score, ratings, history and basic reputation lookup are planned free features; paying never raises your score. Identity verification requires a reviewed attestation or independently checkable verification record. A verified email alone does not qualify.

Delivery and the 72-hour window

The seller adds carrier and tracking details, then supplies delivery proof. A reviewer checks the carrier record, parties, destination, and dates. Once approved, the buyer has a full 72 hours to check the item, confirm receipt, or report an issue. Reminders appear in the deal after 24 and 48 hours when you open or refresh Voucher. Email reminders and automatic carrier updates are not connected.

Both collectors must explicitly confirm payment and completion before approved evidence can establish transaction reputation. Buyer receipt alone or an expired response window never awards credit or generates a rating. A dispute, rejected proof, or manipulation hold excludes the transaction from reputation. You can report a problem after the window ends as well.

Reports, decisions and appeals

Reports require proof and pause transaction reputation. The other party can respond with proof; a reviewer waits up to 72 hours for a response before deciding. Both parties can see verification/reputation outcomes; internal reviewer notes remain private. Each party may appeal once with new material evidence, and a different reviewer must decide the appeal. Reviewers cannot decide their own transactions. An appeal does not automatically clear a separate manipulation hold or rejection.

Redact unrelated personal information from proof links. Evidence is visible to the participants and authorized reviewers. Voucher does not file a carrier or payment-provider claim, issue a refund, authenticate items, insure trades, or hold funds. Use the relevant provider's claim process separately.

Account access and protection

Sign in with your email and password, reset your password, or request a sign-in link using the same confirmed email to return to your account. If you lose email access, contact support for a reviewed recovery request; access is not transferred based on a message alone. Verified names and handles are locked against self-service changes. Automated or manual review may temporarily exclude records from verification/reputation. Internal risk logic is private, and a hold is not a legal finding of fraud.

Free early access

Recording real trades is free during early access. No monthly allowance or credits are used, and purchases and automatic billing are not enabled. The planned launch allowance is 2 free initiated trades per month, followed by optional credit packs. Accepting, finishing and rating a partner’s trade remain free. Purchased credits are planned to roll over without expiry. See planned packages and current availability.

How do I add a card photo?

Open the trade, choose Add photo, select a JPG, PNG or WebP photo of the actual card, and save. The same photo appears in both participants’ trade history and detail views. Photos are optional and are not proof of authenticity or completion. Public sharing needs both participants’ separate approval of the exact photo.

Can Voucher find a card picture?

When card lookup is connected, choose Find card in a new or existing trade, enter the player, year, set and number, then choose the matching result. Voucher previews a CardSight AI reference image and saves it for both trading partners. An actual card photo is preferred and replaces the reference when uploaded. No matching image or a usage-limit message? You can still upload a photo and finish your trade normally.
